Vendor Registration
The Taste of History 2025 Event dates: Friday, June 13 & Saturday, June 14, 2025, 9am-5pm each day Event location: Sandstone Village, 763 Milan Ave, Amherst, Ohio 44001.
Setup begins on Wednesday, June 11 at 8am and needs to be completed by Friday at 7 am. All modern vehicles need to be moved from the site by 7am both Friday and Saturday. Sunday will be a pack up day.
Vendor Fee: $50 We are looking for military surplus vendors or related historical or vintage vendors. Setup starts on Wed June 11 at 8am with setup ending Friday, June 13 at 7 am.

Showers are available on site. Indoor restroom facilities are spaced throughout, and additional porta-johns will be on site. Breakfast and food in the evening will be provided on Friday and Saturday, and lunch is from the Field Kitchens on Friday and Saturday.

Parking address: Amherst Junior High School, 548 Milan Ave, Amherst, OH 44001 The parking lot is down the road with shuttles running between the event site and the parking lot during non-event hours. For reenactors showing up during event hours, the school bus shuttle will bring you to the event.
Additional accommodations for vendors: For reenactors and vendors who do not want to rough it in the camp area, there will be space in the Amherst Historical Society hall (with bathrooms) to set up sleeping bags, air mattresses, etc. You may also set up in the historic buildings in Sandstone Village with your displays, but all modern sleeping gear must be out of sight during event hours. The event will be held rain or shine. No refunds will be given for weather.
Field kitchens will be serving food free to the public (and vendors/reenactors) Friday and Saturday from 12:00 – 4:00 PM, and the site will provide breakfast on Friday and Saturday as well.
