Vendor Registration

The event is held outdoors at the Amherst Historical Society Sandstone Village at 763 Milan Ave., Amherst, OH 44001 on Friday, June 14 – Saturday, June 15.  

 

Vendor Fee: $50  

 

Space: As much as you require, within reason.  

 

We are looking for military surplus vendors or related historical or vintage vendors. Setup starts on Thursday, June 13 at noon and we encourage you to be setup by Friday, June 14 at 8:00 am. All modern vehicles need to be moved from the site by 7:30 am. Sunday will be a pack-up day. 

 

The event will be held rain or shine. No refunds will be given for weather. If you would like to set up, contact msternad@mhpg.us to let us know what type of merchandise you sell and approximately how much space you need. 

 

Field kitchens will be serving food free to the public (and vendors/reenactors) Friday and Saturday from 12:00 – 4:00 PM, and the site will provide breakfast on Friday and Saturday as well.

The parking lot is about half a mile down the road, and there will be shuttles running between the event site, the parking lot and town on Thursday (for reenactors and vendors only), Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (for reenactors and vendors only).
