The event is held outdoors at Sandstone Village at 736 Milan Ave, Amherst, OH 44001 on Friday June 16 - Sunday June 18. 

 

Vendor Fee: $50 

 

Space: As much as you require, within reason. 

 

We are looking for military surplus vendors or related historical or vintage vendors. Sunday will be a pack up day, however, public may still be visiting the village throughout the day. Setup starts on Thursday June 15 at noon and we encourage you to be setup by Friday June 16 at 9am. The event will be held rain or shine. No refunds will be given for weather. If you would like to set up, contact msternad@mhpg.us - let us know what type of merchandise you sell and approximately how much space you need.

 

This event is new, but it is shaping up to be one of the best advertised public events in several years and we expect a fairly large turn out. 

 

Field kitchens will be serving food free to the public (and vendors / reenactors) Saturday from 12:00 to 4:00 and the site will be providing complimentary breakfast on Saturday as well.

The parking lot is about half a mile down the road and there will be shuttles running between the event site, the parking lot and town on Friday and Saturday. Vendors can pull into their space to unload, but must have modern vehicles out by 8:30AM on Saturday.
